Re-Finance To Renovate Commercial Property
This Client required a commercial mortgage to finance the completion of the top two floors of a three story building.
On the ground floor was a retail premises, and the upper two floors were to be let to residential tenants.
As the Client achieved a rental income for a retail unit, he wanted the mortgage payment profile to match the income from the shop.
This Client had a clean credit file with no blemishes.
Given such an exacting brief, it was encouraging that TAL Commercial were able to table a conditional mortgage offer from a self-cert lender within 24 hours, and had in-principle finance available from a High Street source within just a few days.
