Our incredibly busy Client wanted to purchase a new commercial investment property, and a development site.

To fund the deposit our Client wanted to re-mortgage a further commercial investment property.

The package enabled the Client to fund the deposits for the two purchases, and allowed for back-end weighted, structured finance, to purchase the development site.

The combined offer minimised the paperwork that the Client needed to produce, and afforded a swift conclusion to his property deals.
