Finance Apartments in Maldives

This was an interesting case, not least because several member of Tudor Associates Limited were keen to view the development in person!

The scenario was that the Client needed 800k USD finance to complete the funding for a 10-story apartment complex in Male, Maldives.

Those in the know will know that many of the islanders are migrating to the 5 largest urban conurbations in the Maldives and that high density housing was necessary to facilitate this movement.

With agreement from the Client, TAL Commercial were able to pass this request to a group of off-shore equity lenders who have a track record of conducting business all over the world, most notably with similar projects in Dubai and Eastern Europe.
